During the holiday season, handling and shipping times may be longer due to high demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
Order Processing:
Confirmed orders usually ship within 4 business days. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Options:
We offer two main shipping options to suit your needs:

Worldwide Saver: Our most affordable option, using reliable local carriers. Delivery times may vary depending on the order size and destination. While this option is budget-friendly, please note that some carriers may not offer redelivery or additional services in case of failed delivery attempts.

Worldwide Premium: A more reliable, faster shipping option using top-tier carriers like USPS (for US customers) and other premium carriers for international orders. This option ensures higher service standards, including redelivery if needed and better tracking support. This service is ideal if you want a faster, more secure delivery, particularly during busy seasons.
Tracking & Delivery Information
We work with local reputable carriers for final delivery, ensuring efficient and reliable service. If you are unable to see the tracking status on the carrier's website after we have shipped your order, it means that the package is currently in transit from our warehouse to the carrier's facility. Rest assured, your package is on its way to you! If you would like to track it every step of the way, please let us know, and we’d be happy to assist you.
Estimated Delivery Time
The following are estimated delivery times once your order has shipped from our warehouse:

European countries and outlying areas:
Delivery time varies by location; can take up to 14 days.
Important Note: Timeframes may vary, especially during the holiday season or due to Customs processing in your country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local delivery services.
RETURN
*For confirmed box orders on the art toys, please make sure to let us know your preferences by leaving a note at checkout or reaching out to us via DM or email. Otherwise, you will receive a randomly selected figure from the series. And please note that we're unable to process returns or issue refunds in such cases.
Pre-shipment Cancellation: If you change your mind before your order is shipped, please contact us at realmeaningless@outlook.com promptly. We'll be happy to assist with the cancellation.
*Please note: A $20 cancellation fee may apply if you cancel more than once within a short period.
Post-shipment Orders: Once blind box items have been shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. We appreciate your understanding of the unique nature of these items.
FOR ORIGINAL ART, LIMITED EDITION AND CUSTOM ORDERS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once payment is received for these items, your order cannot be cancelled or returned.
ACCESSORY ITEMS must be returned in brand new condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will also be responsible for return shipping charges. For orders that are shipped free, the actual shipping costs will be deducted.
*For all art toys, we want to emphasize that we DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY FACTORY DEFECTS, as we didn't produce these toys. If your package arrived intact, but after opening the inner plastic bag of the art toy, there are any flaws or damages found, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you with a resolution - However, any compensation will be at our discretion.
